Back in November, Genevieve and Juliana's mom contacted me to set up a shoot for her little girls. She wanted to focus on the girls' bond, getting some natural girly photos of them alone as well as together to remember them at this sweet age. At 1.5 and 3, I knew my sibling photo skills would be put to the test, but these 2 little princesses made my job pretty easy!
We decided on 2 neutral backdrops for the photos, keeping the focus on the girls' sweet faces (and of course the beautiful princess dresses ;) ). We moved quickly, allowing the girls to take turns, putting them together whenever possible and snapping away (I'm quite proficient at putting 2+ photos together for the perfect sibling shot these days ;) ), and bringing in props to keep the girls on set when they started loosing steam (the little felt birds I randomly bought a few months ago really paid off!).
In the end, we got SO many amazing photos of the girls, and mom and dad had a fun time designing wall groupings for their home in my software during the ordering appointment. I am so thrilled that they loved their photos so much, and know they and the girls will really enjoy looking back through their albums and walking past the images on their walls through the years.
Thanks for being super models for me Genevieve and Juliana - I hope you come back and play dress up with me again soon <3
Here are a few favorites from their session :)
