This past August, I was contacted by a sweet mommy who wanted me to photograph her 3 little boys. At her consult, we made plans about how we'd photograph them, the sets we'd use, and the products she was interested in. We planned the session for the beginning of September, and I was really excited to get those 3 boys in and test my skills with not 1, but 3 energetic kids under 4 ;)
Then hurricane Irma sent everyone running north, and everything pretty much shut down for 2 weeks here in sunny Florida. So we had to reschedule for late September, but reschedule we did, and eventually I did get a chance to practice my skills with these 3 little cuties! It was a wild and crazy session trying to get as many sibling shots as possible, along with some individual images. Mom and dad both rocked it as assistants, and the 2 older boys took running breaks down the hall as needed. As a mom of 3 girls, my hat is off to all of the boy mommas out there - because those energy levels are through the roof!!! In the end, we got so many amazing images, I had trouble narrowing down!
Mom ended up with an album and several beautiful wood collections for the wall, beautiful keepsakes to enjoy everyday and pass down to her little boys one day when they're all grown up. These wild and crazy days sometimes seem like they'll go on forever, but we all know deep down that our days of chasing little ones down the hall, holding their little hands, wiping away tears and tucking them in at night are numbered. I hope the memories we captured that day in September will forever bring mom and dad back to the moment in time where their 3 adorable boys were so little.
I hope to see your sweet faces again soon boys <3
